I tried using the ZUS app to place an order it was just frustrating. It kept loading forever, the buttons weren’t clear, my cart reset twice, and then the payment page froze. At that point it felt ridiculous, so I gave up and ordered from somewhere else. The coffee might be nice, but the app made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.

They did end up fixing it, but it took longer than it should have. The extra back-and-forth felt unnecessary, but at least it got sorted in the end.

"Way too pricey for what it is"
I used to be fine paying a little extra for this coffee, but lately it just doesn’t feel worth it at all. The quality doesn’t match the price anymore, and every time I see the total I’m like, how is this okay? I don’t mind paying for good coffee, but this just feels overpriced now

The coffee itself was okay, but the customer service was slow. I messaged them about my order and didn’t hear back until a few days later. Not sure how to explain it, but it just felt frustrating when I was only looking for a quick update. Hopefully they can improve that part

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered from zuscoffee.com thinking it’d be a quick coffee run, but the delivery ended up taking way longer than expected. The app showed one time at first, then it kept shifting, and I was just sitting there waiting without any proper update.
By the time the coffee finally arrived, I didn’t enjoy it much anymore. I understand delays can happen, but for a simple order, it felt like nobody really bothered to keep me informed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering delivery again.

"Pretty disappointing overall"
I wasn’t happy with this at all. The drink just tasted bland, like really bland, and it didn’t feel fresh either. I kept hoping it would get better, but it was still just bland and kind of disappointing. On top of that, I waited way longer than I expected, and the wait made the whole thing even more frustrating. When I asked about it, the customer service didn’t really help much, which was annoying because I was already annoyed about the long wait and the bland drink. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"Quick Coffee Run, Small Mix-Up"
I stopped in for a quick drink and was happy with how fast everything came out. The coffee still tasted good, but I realized one of the toppings I ordered was missing. Not a huge deal, but I do wish they had double-checked it before handing it off.

I do like ZUS, but the same drink can taste really different depending on which outlet I go to, or even just the day. Like, sometimes it’s too sweet, sometimes it’s super watery. I guess, what I mean is, it’s a bit disappointing when you’re expecting that usual taste and it just doesn’t hit the same.

"Decent coffee, but cleanliness could be better"
Stopped by a ZUS Coffee outlet last week and my first impression was kind of mixed. The coffee was fine, no complaints there, but I noticed the tables were a bit sticky and there were crumbs on the floor. I know it wasn’t a huge deal, but I immediately thought they could probably clean up a little more often. Overall, not a bad visit, just average for me.

I dropped by the Zus Coffee near my place and, to be honest, the vibe wasn’t really for me. The music was loud, the tables felt too close together, and the whole place seemed a bit messy, so it was hard to properly sit and have a conversation.

The lighting also felt quite harsh, not really the kind of cosy or relaxing setup I’d expect if I wanted to chill or get some work done. I ended up staying only for a short while because I just didn’t feel that comfortable there.
I did mention it to support after that, and their reply was basically along the lines of, “thanks for sharing, we’ll pass this to the team for review,” which was fine, but I hope they actually look into it. For now, I’d say this outlet is okay for takeaway, but not somewhere I’d choose to hang out

The coffee was okay... nothing bad, just not especially memorable. I was hoping the menu would have a bit more variety, especially for drinks and snacks. It all felt a little too similar, tbh.

Paid through the app and then just... nothing. The pickup status never changed, no real update, and my order ended up coming way too late. Frustrating.

I stopped in to get my usual drink and a couple snacks, but once again, like half the stuff I wanted was unavailable. It’s getting annoying because it happens way too often now. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost feels like they’re trying to steer people toward whatever they have too much of instead. Either way, it makes the whole trip kind of disappointing.

"Easy to customize, honestly"
I’ve ordered from zuscoffee a few times now. Mostly because I can be a bit picky with my drinks haha. Less ice. Less sugar. Extra shot if I need it. Swap the milk. It’s all right there and easy to choose. Some cafe websites make the whole thing feel like a puzzle, but this one is straightforward. And the best part, my coffee actually came exactly how I selected it. So yeah, no complaints from me.

I noticed my points weren’t adding up right, which was frustrating. I reached out to support hoping they could clear it up, but they weren’t much help tbh. Felt like I was just going in circles and still didn’t get a real answer.

"Not the cup I was hoping for"
I don’t remember every little detail about the order, but I do remember being disappointed with the coffee. It tasted weak, and there was this burnt flavor that stood out more than anything else. The cup didn’t seem very fresh either, and I barely noticed any aroma. Maybe I caught it on a bad day, or maybe some people like it that way, but it just wasn’t worth it for me. I probably wouldn’t order it again...

I tried it and it was kind of disappointing. It tasted stale to me, and the flavor was just really bland, like there was not much happening with it. I don’t think I would buy it again, because for what it is, it just didn’t feel worth it.

"The coffee itself was okay, nothing…"
The coffee itself was okay, nothing amazing but definitely drinkable. The weird part was the packaging. The box showed up dented, and when I opened it, one of the cup holders was a little wet inside, which kind of threw me off. Maybe it was the delivery, maybe it was packed that way, I don’t know. I just know opening it didn’t feel great, and that sort of thing sticks in your head even if the coffee is fine.

"Pickup Wasn’t as Quick as Expected"
I thought pickup would be quick, but when I got there, my order still wasn’t ready. The staff seemed a bit confused, and I had to just stand around and wait for a while. I mean, it wasn’t awful, but it kind of defeats the point of doing pickup if it’s not actually convenient.
